User journey

During this phase I used the information that I gathered during the research phase to ask questions to the target audience. I did five depth-interviews and a survey (with more than 100 respondents).
After I gathered all this data I summarized it in my research document and created a persona and user journey to make the results more visual and easier to empathize with.
