Define

After I empathized with the audience I used the design thinking method to define the problem that the target audience experiences while learning words or definitions. So I looked at the survey results and connected them to the results of the depth-interviews to discover the cause, reason or motivation behind the results.

The flowchart shows the user problem and how I formulated the problem based on the causes and consequences.
